[Poor Mrs. Coker has been offended]

Dear SIR,

Thank you for your provoked and per versed mail, that you sent to Barr. Coker which she sent to my attention, I am shocked at your statement, if this is a onerous task for you and if you are not in the position to conclude with the bank, please notify us immediately, at this very moment i will be drafting a change in the power of attorney.

You seem not to be aware that it has been a complex and uphill task to move these funds to this final stage, only for you to be castigating our efforts, for your own understanding! Do you know how difficult it is for two banks to exchange a trust bond? I can only suggest that you are not aware of this, I cut cost by more than 100,000.00 usd, for such large payments, basically to secure an International Funds on transit clearance bond will cost at 150,000.00 usd. Moving the funds through Union creditors bank is the best and the safest, with them, we do not need to worry about the monitoring networks for USD currency.

I see no reason why you should talk to a married woman in such a manner because she wanted the best for you, she only suggested you should send any other person to do the western union on your behalf because of time and did not mean you should 'fooling' anyone like you mentioned in your email to her. I will suggest you make apologies to her for the misunderstanding.

Finally, if you are unable to complete this transaction against this week, then your participation in this deal is a complete ruin to all the efforts I have empowered for this transaction.

Thanks.

Hon.Barr.Richomd Graham
