Dear Mr.Cooper,
Today I received a phone call from the bank informing me that they had arranged for the payment to be made via their corresponding bank in Ivory Coast. Which is safer. They also reminded me about the implications in transferring such a huge amount without adequate covering documents which is quite risky, however, because of time constraint I will still advise you to send the amount via western union with a different identity since this seems to be the safest and fastest means of transferring money . Your idea (DHL) is ok but this will take a longer time and considering the urgency and nature of this transaction I will still advise you to send the money before the bank starts the transfer. It's unfortunate that you have conflict with the western union but you must have to use them to get what you want. We must meet up with time to avoid hitches. For some reason(s) you seem to be too occupied to pay attention to this project. If I were you I would really be trying to find out the status (unless of course there is no such thing) you don't have to be so occupied to abandon a project of this nature for such a long period. If at all you are serious kindly follow my instructions. I have gone to see Barr. Richmond to day to tell him the current status but was informed he has gone for a 4 days course in the Budapest. I have a lot I am handling at this time and would appreciate it so much if you can endeavor to hasten up for us to conclude this project before the week runs out.
I remain yours sincerely,
Barr.Coker.
PS: Instruct your driver/clerk/secretary to make the payment through western union money transfer now to enable me get this documents first thing tommorrow morning and submit them to the bank since they(Union Bank) will be moving your file to the paying bank tommorrow.
