Dear Penny,
I express my appreciation for your effort,courage and faith in making this a reality.Sorry for the long explanation in taking your time.
After going through the BTI tariff form to comply with before the western union will be effected ,I and Mr Mohammed discovered that it cannot be possible in the nature of this transaction to come up with all details required to fill the forms because, they required customs reports on products to be exported, packing lists and discriptions of goods etc.
Please understand that we needed this payment at hand to be partly utilized in going through customs and other processes ,and then all documentation for the shipment of the goods including the flight airway bill for the goods will be available and send to you,therefor the payment has to be at hand to be disbursed to the appropraite departments before these export docs. can be issued.
with regards to that I and Mr Mohammed went straight to see his standard chartered bank manager and has giving us their USA coresponding bank account details and advice that a Bank to Bank transfer should be carried out in this type of situation, cause european law cannot delay bank to bank transfer and much stress of documentation will not be involved, inorder to make things easier and workable. hope this is claer with you.
NOTE-Please from my observation of the situition ,i think problem identified is problem solved,for the success of efforts and plans, transfer of this nature cannot be successful through internet or online banking without a lot of chains of documentations to be exchanged.
All you need to do is someup more courage and zeal then take a walk to your bank in person and make some withdrawal of the exact amount for payment in cash if possible.
Next step to take after you have the cash is to enter any bank or even the same bank and tell them you want to transfer the payment into the bank details given below, and immediately they will receive the money and give you a form to fill with a receipt for the transfer from their bank to our bank.
If their is question for purpose of transfer or relationship with receipent, just state business partner or your co worker,that all, no much explantion or documentation will be required.make sure you send to me by attachment the receipt given to you by bank, and the payment will be in our bank or at hand in 24/48hrs.
hope my explanation and our suggestion is acceptable and remember that starting something new can never be easy, keep the faith be courageous and be strong to take this last step in finishing this matter.
