Dear Mr. Ibrahim,

There is just one last thing to do before I send your payment. It seems that there is a EU tariff matter to comply with. I will need you to complete the attached BTI application and return it to me so I can submit it to the Western Union agent as required by EU and Irish law. Please keep a copy for yourself and make a copy for your local tax purposes if Ghana law requires it.

I would like to finish this matter by tuesday if possible.
