Dear Penny,
Hope you are doing fine ? i have manage to send a passport picture available around me for now as today is weekend holiday, please accept this for identification and i will be sending my directors own in the morning if only you will access your mail before leaving you will have his too.
Everything is in order as planned ,and expect to me us at the airport before the immigration procedure at your point of arrival.
Note that its my action/performance that matters than the picture as it might not be beautiful as expected, relax your mind and have a safe journey.
