Dear Norman, I am so sorry for your ill-health. I wish you quick recovery so that we can proceed with our business in view of time factor. I have just called your number and it entered vm. I will pray for you constantly for God to give you strenght quickly as soon as possible.
I am in receipt of your bank account details as I requested from you. Your routing number is not too important as I indicated in my last mail. I have submitted your bank account details to the bank today together with the court documents because, I managed to raise the sum of $10,000 to pay the court fee yesterday thursday. It has not been quite easy for me to get all the money together but, I tried my best by borrowing from my relations & close associates.
The only important & last certificate which the bank is waiting for us to submit to them is the DRUG LAW & ANTI-TERRORIST CLEARANCE CERTIFICATE. This certificate will clear the money from anything related to drug business, money laundering or terrorist activities. This is due to the last terrorist episode in America. The bank refused to wire the money into your nominated bank account unless we submit the Drug Clearance certificate.
I also rushed to the office of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) here in Nigeria to secure the certificate but, they said, we must pay the sum of $5,000 as fee before the certificate will be issued in your name. I have been very restless today since I got the horrible news from the office of NDLEA. I don't know where I'll get the $5,000 to pay the NDLEA fee.
For your request concerning the Death Certificate, It will be possible for me to effect the change of Name. To do this, I must pay the sum of $860.00 at the Federal High Court for Notarization & Affidavit in Support of an Oath which I'll swear in court to effect the change of name to Roman Conquest. If you send the money to me immediately, I will secure the Death Certificate on monday and send to you without further dealy.
I wish, you will find the strenght to read my mail quickly and get back to me so that we can put our heads together and see what we can do concerning the fee for the Drug Certificate.
