ARE YOU READY TO SIZZLE THIS SUMMER WITH OUR FANTASTIC...
SUMMER SIZZLER OFFER...?
Okay, do you have clean underwear on then? WHAT?! Yes, this offer is so exciting we almost need it and think you will do too!

Our Founder is continually trying to improve the already excellent Service we offer to you. However, we have a dilemma - which do you prefer Home Visits or a speedy turn round?

And, at the moment, we don't know the answer, so it's now over to you...

Basically, we've decided to effectively knock Home Visits on the head for the Summer, and encourage you to bring your machines into the Workshop for us to repair, build, diagnose, and anything else unpleasant we can think of!

You see, we think that most of our Clients probably favour a speedy return of their machines more than Home Visits, but there's only one way to find out!

What he's made us to, is to split our prices in half - literally - from that of a Home Visit, so you end up paying half the price for the same amount of our Technicians time! Here's an F.A.Q. on our superb (if we say so ourselves!) offer:

So, what exactly do I need to bring in then, if my P.C. won't work?
Firstly, ring us! We can carry out some diagnosis over the telephone and advise you what to bring in. For at least 90% of our work, we only need the Base or Systems Unit, which is the main box into which everything plugs in. Keyboard and Mouse are generally up to you, and it is highly unlikely we would need you to bring in the Monitor.
So, are you not conducting Home Visits under any circumstances? How about if I don't drive or don't like the danger involved in unplugging all the cables that connect to my P.C.?
We will be carrying out an Absolutely Broken "Taxi Service" where necessary.

If you don't drive or have any real difficulty getting the P.C. to our Workshop, we will come and pick it up from you, BUT this will be charged at normal Home Visit rates and the Summer Sizzler Offer will not apply.

There is also no danger in unplugging your own Computer System, so feel free to disconnect - we would advise you take out the three pin "kettle" cable (normally the big black cable at the top) out first though as it supplies your Computer with electricity.
I have an Internet problem/a Broadband Wireless installation I require, are you saying that you won't be able to do these over the Summer?
Not necessarily. With an Internet or Modem problem, we can do the work in the Workshop, it has to be tested first, but then all P.C.'s being returned are tested before they leave us. In the case of a Wireless Broadband installation, we'd suggest contacting us first, that way we can make the necessary arrangements with you.
Why are you taking a preference to Clients bringing their machines to the Workshop over Home Visits? Surely, it is a better Service to visit your Client to save them all the inconvenience, and the job is actioned more speedily?
Actually, no! That is the reason for running this experiment to establish which Service Clients do prefer. The Service is actually slower with a Home Visit. Firstly, we have to find out where you live in terms of directions by road, we then have to physically drive there and find you, which can take a lot of time up which we could be using to fix your machine. We also don't have a Call-Out Charge, so all the time it takes for us to locate you is wasted, and although you don't get charged for it, your P.C. isn't getting fixed either.

The other difficulty is, with the best will in the World, we cannot carry EVERY part or component with us; we obviously have all the Tools and Utilities at our Workshop which helps to make a speedy turnround.
How easy are you to get to? What's the Parking like?
We are above Woods & Porter (Photographic & Camera Shop) at the Dartford Town Centre end of West Hill. There is a turning off of West Hill called Priory Hill, along which there are Parking Meters. If you follow West Hill down, you will come to a couple of sets of Traffic Lights. Stay on the left hand side and you will see the big Stores on your left. There is FREE Parking there. It is about a 100 yard walk back to the Workshop, which is right at the bottom of the hill. There is also a 96 Bus which stops about half-way down West Hill itself, we are a few short footsteps from there.
