Moral imperatives
Moral imperatives Bunawan BROOK,Bunawan Agusan Del Sur uses a collaborative and cyclical process to establish its “Moral Imperatives/Goals” for the year. In the spring we evaluate our progress on the previous year’s goals and suggest new goals that need to be added. This is done with feedback from the staff and site councils at each of the schools and suggestions from the District Leadership Team and the Board of Education. The draft of these goals then goes to the Board for final approval. The Moral Imperatives guide the work of the district for the year. Some have a district focus and others have a site focus. The goals and the process used to formulate them ensure that all of us are working in concert toward the same end.
