3. TYPE OF ISSUE - this could be:
COMMEMORATIVE
SPECIAL ISSUE
REPRINTS / SURCHARGED
OVERPRINTS
4. SCOTT NUMBER The equivalent catalog number using the Scott's Stamp Catalogue. XXXX or - o - means that the Scott number is still to be assigned.
5.-6. DETAILS - a short descriptive essay about the stamp to include:
ISSUE DATE - the complete date when the stamp was issued.
TITLE - a short descriptive title of the issue.
VIGNETTE - usually denote the central image contained in the stamp's face. When sets as issued, vignettes are noted individually when they are different.
DENO/COLOR - includes the assigned NGO's catalog number, preceeded by #, the respective face value [centavo or peso] and the prominent color scheme beginning from the margin.
FEATURES - includes the manner of printing, the number of perforations, and the quality of paper and watermarking.
NOTES - to include the printer's and designer's name, a short explanation of the inscription or overprint, as the case maybe, and a link to related stamp.
