2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and well drained (squeeze hard!)
1 1/2 cups good cheese (American, sharp cheddar--I mix them)
1/2 stick butter cut into small pieces
2 cups cottage cheese (I use low fat)
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
In large bowl: slightly beat eggs. Add all other ingredients & mix well. Pour into greased crock pot (I spray it with Pam). Cook 1 hour on high then 3 hr. on low. Occasionally run blunt knife down edge of crock pot.
