The Cheese Ball Recipe

- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 8 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese (spreadable in a tub)
- 2 tsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Chopped nuts
Combine all in bowl (except nuts). I chill for a short time before I form in a ball and roll in nuts. Otherwise, a lot of it will stick to your hands. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill.
