Big Vat o' Chili
WARNING: this stuff is NUCLEAR!

Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Hambuger
- 2 Large (or 3 small) Onions
- 16 oz Stewed Tomatoes
- 8 oz Tomato Sause
- 6 oz Tomato Paste
- 4 oz water
- 32 oz Kidney Beans
- 32 oz Chili Beans
Spices:
1 tsp Pepper
1 tsp Garlic Salt (or Garlic Powder)
1-1/2 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tbsp Oregano
2 tbsp Parsley
1 tbsp Basil
Way-Too-Easy Directions:
Brown and chop the hamburger in a skillet; drain grease. Dice the onions.
In a seperate pot, mix together the stewed tomatoes, tomato sause, tomato paste, water, kidney beans, chili beans and all the spices. Add the hamburger and onions, stir it all up, throw a lid on the pot and set the burner to MEDIUM WARM.
Cook for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add a pinch of pepper and oregano while cooking. If the chili seems too thick, add a few ounces of water and keep the lid on the pot. If it seems too watery, let the chili cook for a while with the lid propped open.
