Episode two: "The Scan Disk and the Shocker"
Day ONE, RC!
RC2: One for the Museums

Glenn Probst: "Probst here. Welcome, Koobah and Pahgong to your second RC. In this challenge, we shall test your artistic prowess. Koobah, since you have one extra member, choose one to sit out the challenge."

Mike: "Si Onas na lang."

Glenn: "Very well. Now I shall proceed in explaining the mechanics of this challenge. It is rather simple in concept. Koobah, you shall draw a portrait of a Koobah. Pahgong, you shall draw a portrait of a Pahgong. The tribe who comes up with a better depiction of their tribe in 15 minutes will win the secret reward. Either way, both camps will use the artwork as their camp flags. Survivors ready? Go!"

The Koobah tribe feels lost amid all the chaos. How the heck are they supposed to come up with a drawing of a Koobah? And more importantly, what the heck is a Koobah?" Things look bleak, until...

Aaron: "I know! Onas, since you're sitting this one out, pose as a kuba. You just bend your back while we draw you."

Onas: "Woh-key."

With the hands of a Leonardo di Caprio/da Vinci, Michael "Boss" J grabs a piece of charcoal and paints a semi-lovely picture of Onas posing as a Koobah. Philip, Sazon, et al provide the cheerleading and morale boosting. Let's take a look at their work:

Amazing, eh?

Meanwhile, the Pahgong tribe have their own troubles. With no model to sketch, they work blindly on what they would do. Good thing, one of the Pahgongs get the same idea Aaron shared to his tribe.

Marco Ballesteros: "Guys, let's just use Onas as our model. Let's just see what we can do to turn him into a Pahgong."

Ke Villacorta: *nods head*

Thus, the Pahgong tribe get on to do their job. Breaking out rocks and stones and sticks and such, the tribe gives their all in coming up with a portrait of Onas (and make it pass as a "Pahgong"). They came up with this:

Amazing! They have turned Onas into a Pahgong!

With two rather similar (?) portraits at their hands, A2003 Producer Marts Burnett provides the vedict.

Marts Burnett: "After looking at the two portraits, I have noticed that they look the same. WIth nothing else giving either side an edge, I have decided to declare the KOOBAH tribe as the winners, to penalize the Pahgong tribe for copying a Koobah member."

Haring Baho from La-la-labanos land: "The prize for the winner is a box of Haring Baho deodorants. Enjoy, everyone!"

Philip Corpuz: "Tss! We wasted our time on that!?!?"

Glenn Probst: "No gripes, Philip. A win's a win. Congratulations. You may head back to camp with your new banners now. Cheers, and see you tomorrow."

With a useless win at their hands, the Koobah tribe has achieved something much more than just smelling good. They have kept the momentum. Let's head back to camp with them.
