1. How do I place an order?
When you see an item you like, simply check the "Add to Cart" box next to the item. That puts the item in your shopping cart and takes you to the shopping cart page, where you'll be able to view all the items you've added to your cart so far. You can also change the quantity of each item you've selected, as well as remove items you've changed your mind about. To shop for more products, click "Back" button of your browser.

When you are finished shopping, click "Add to my shopping Cart" at the top left-hand corner of any page. Review your order on your shopping cart page, then click "Checkout." You'll be asked to enter a shipping address (you can even enter multiple shipping addresses, if you'd like to ship different items in your order to different addresses), a shipping method and payment information. When you are satisfied with your order, click "Place Your Order" and we'll process and ship it as promptly as possible.

An alternative to placing items in your shopping cart is to place them on your Saved List. It's like putting items on your own personal shopping list that you can check every time you visit. You can also move items from your shopping cart to your Saved List. Simply click the "Save for Later" button next to any item, whether you're browsing in our online store or reviewing items on the shopping cart page.

2. What payment methods can I use to purchase merchandise?
We accept the following major credit cards issued by U.S. banks: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and the E-CD Credit Card.* We also accept debit cards (also called "check cards," "ATM cards," or "banking cards"), but only those cards that have a Visa or MasterCard logo on the front.

We're sorry, but we do not accept credit cards issued by foreign (non-U.S.) banks at this time. Please do not send cash.
At this time, we are not able to accept E-CD Gift Cards for payment in our online store. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
* This does not include the E-CD Community and Business Card, which we are not able to accept.

3. When is my order charged to my credit card?
You are charged for items when we ship them. This may mean that, if some items in your order must be shipped separately from others, there will be multiple charges on your credit card statement, one for each shipment.

4. Will I be charged sales tax?
You will be charged sales tax for orders shipped to Arkansas, Utah, Ohio or California, where the current local sales tax rate will apply. Residents of these states will not be charged sales tax if their order is shipped elsewhere. Gift wrap is also subject to sales tax in these 4 states. Shipping and handling charges are subject to sales tax in Arkansas and Utah only, as required by state law. Sales tax will be refunded for returned items. E-CD Stores Shopping Cards purchased at E-CD.com or at a E-CD store are never taxable. However, items purchased in an E-CD store using an E-CD Stores Shopping Card are subject to sales tax. Local sales tax rates are subject to change at any time.

5. How secure is it to order merchandise?
We want all our customers to feel secure when ordering merchandise from E-CD.com. We use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), which creates a secure shopping mode that encrypts sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet. 6. How can I track my order online?
Orders shipped via the standard Ground option cannot be tracked. Orders shipped via our Priority and Express options can be tracked through our carriers' Web sites. If you wish to track an order, go to Track Your Orders and enter your order number and email address.

7. Can an order be canceled once it has been placed?
We do our best to act on all cancellation requests. In our efforts to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, however, we sometimes process orders for shipping before we receive the cancellation request.

If we are unable to cancel your order because it already has been processed, then rest assured that you can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them. You will have the option of returning the items to us by mail or directly to an E-CD store, whichever is more convenient for you. Instructions on how to return items will arrive with your order, if we are unable to cancel it before processing. For more information on returning an item, read our Shipping and Returns Policy.

8. What type of confirmations should I expect once I've placed an order?
You will receive an email within 24hours. This email will either confirm your order, if your credit card was approved, or it will notify you that the credit card failed and will give you instructions on how to resubmit your payment. Once your order ships, your credit card will be charged, and an email will be sent to confirm shipment (usually within 5 days).

9. What are my shipping options?
We offer three shipping options: Standard (ground), Priority, and Express. Some items cannot be shipped via the Priority and/or Express options. These items are clearly identified in our online store. Some very large or heavy items must be shipped via freight carrier. These items, too, are clearly identified on our site, as are their shipping costs.

Shipping costs vary by item type and shipping method. The total shipping cost for your order will be displayed on the "Shipping Method" page, and again on the "Verify Your Order" page, as you proceed through checkout. For more information, read our Shipping and Returns Policy.

10. Can I place an order and pick it up at an E-CD store?
No, not at the present time. We deliver all orders via the shipping option of your choice, straight to your door or to another delivery address that you enter during checkout.

11. Can orders be shipped to an address different from my registered address?
Yes. Every time you make a purchase, you will have the option to enter a new shipping address during checkout. If you are a registered user, you'll have the added convenience of using your Address Book, which allows you to choose from any shipping address that you have stored in the past.

12. Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes. Every time you make a purchase, you will have the option to enter a new shipping address during checkout. If you are a registered user, you'll have the added convenience of using your Address Book, which allows you to choose from any shipping address that you have stored in the past.

13. Do you ship to International (non-U.S.) addresses?
We're sorry ¨C at this time, we do not ship internationally. The only exceptions are APO/FPO addresses and major offshore territories and possessions of the United States

14. What is your return and refund policy?
We are committed to your total satisfaction. If any item you receive from us is damaged, defective, or otherwise does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us. You can ship it back, postpaid, or you can return it to any E-CD store, whichever is more convenient for you.

For items returned by mail, you will be refunded for the cost of the product and sales tax, if applicable, after the shipment is received and processed by our Returns Center. Processing your return, once we receive it, usually takes two business days. For items returned to E-CD stores, you will be refunded immediately for the cost of the product and sales tax, if applicable. Sorry ¨C gift-wrapping charges (if any) are not refundable, and shipping charges are not refundable except in unusual circumstances.

15. How do I return an item?
For your convenience, we offer you two ways of returning items:

1) Ship items back to us. Simply use the return shipping label enclosed with every order. We will pay return shipping costs. If it's an oversized item, please call our Help Desk at 1-800-123-4567. One of our knowledgeable Help Associates will provide you with further instructions. The United States Postal Service is our return carrier. To return a product, you may give the parcel to your mail carrier, take it to any U.S. Post Office (please do not drop it into a blue Postal Service mail-drop box) or take it to the mail room at your place of work, if allowed.

2) Return items to any E-CD store. Bring the product and the enclosed invoice (or a copy of your email invoice) to the Courtesy Desk at your local E-CD. The invoice is your sales receipt and must accompany all returns.

16. How can I find a specific product?
If you have a specific product in mind, you can find it easily by entering its name or a word that describes it in the "Search" field at the top of just about any page on our site and clicking "Find." We'll show you all the products that match the word or words you entered. From here, you'll be able to choose the product that best meets your needs.

17. Are all the items in E-CD stores available through E-CD.com?
No. Each E-CD store carries a unique assortment of merchandise, chosen by each store's Associates to serve that store's particular customers. E-CD.com is no different from your local E-CD in this respect. We carry a wide assortment of the products our online customers most want, all at E-CD's famous Every Day Low Prices. We are adding to our merchandise assortment all the time. If you don't see a particular item you want, we may carry it later ¨C so please check back with us!

18. Why are there no firearms listed with the hunting equipment?
Certain legal restrictions prevent us from selling firearms over the Internet. Among those restrictions, every state requires identification that proves that a person buying a firearm is of legal age. Unfortunately, we have no way of verifying that people who wish to purchase firearms are of legal age.

We carry a broad variety of hunting-related items at E-CD.com and hope you will have a look at our hunting selection. For firearms, please visit your local E-CD store.
