The Lemur Pokemon

I do like Pokemon, I must confess, although more for the creatures and the ideas then the fighting! And so, it seemed to make sense to invent a Lemur Pokemon. The Pokemon I created is known as the Makimur and his tale, with Trainer Kataryna, can be found here, in KJP.

Makimur - the Lemur Pokemon
Length - 1'0"
Weight - 6 lbs
Type - grass/psychic
Evolutions - Makimur --> Maximur --> Reximur
Data - Makimur is an exceptionally curious Pokemon, capable of learning many things, although its general unwillingness to be trained tends to make it unpopular with Trainers. It was not know until discovered in the Pokemon Jungle by Gary Oak. It is capable of absorbing sunlight through its chest and firing it out as a beam through the star on its forehead.

From left to right: Maximur, Makimur, Reximur

Maximur - the evolved form of Makimur
Length - 3'3"
Weight - 45 lbs
Type - grass/psychic
Data - Much more stubborn then its unevolved form, Maximurs spend most of their time in the treetops. They are known to play pranks on hikers and trainers. In their society the females dominate the males.

Reximur - evolves from Maximur
Lenght - 5'7"
Weight 75 lbs
Type - grass/psychic
Data - normally each troop only has one Reximur, a female of very high standing. Her large size and weight make it hard for her to climb trees so she spends most of her time on the ground. The tail can be used as an offensive weapon if required and Reximur is known to have strong psychic abilities.

In case you are wondering, Makimur is based on the ringtailed lemur, Maximur on the sifaka and Reximur on the babakoto.
