What are the cause of the problems and how we fix it?

Competitive workplace due to economic and other WEPs Complete degree too early Unable to stop learning / study Lack confidence to work Unable to work Unable to work with other people Fear to graduate Expect perfect knowledge

Outlook for WEP

Career in 21st century is different from the past.  Career plan is managed by individual employee -not by corporate nor boss.  Although there are many competitions, WEP can take this as the advantage.  Theoretically, WEP should be more maturity, more flexible to change and having high potential to move around the organization with less pain than non-WEP.
