The interior of Poseidon's temple was adorned with numerous gold and ivory statues. A gigantic statue of Poseidon driving six winged horses held central stage. Standing high, the head of Poseidon touched the dome of temple. They probably domesticated the horse for horses were a favorite sacrifice to Poseidon. They killed and cast them into sea until repressed by the new church. Atlanteans did visit the Hyperboreans. They even had summer houses for vacationing during "the season".
Their most famous city contained the Singing Flame which consumed pilgrims from many worlds. As punishment the priests were empowered to infect the person with a "mind parasite" so the person would have two voices from their brain giving directions instead of one.
Atlanteans were dominated by the passions of the senses. Atlantis residents used more rituals in their daily living, whereas Kuiland (Lemuria) sought God by looking above (possibly from their Temple of Transparent Walls!). Atlantean children were more interested in science than in the liberal arts. They ate meat, vegetables, fruits and nuts. They wore loose fitting robes and sandals. Their children studied a curriculum of geology, astronomy, science, calculus, and agronomy. Their information storage was the skins and guts of animals (parchment), stored in cylinders located in pyramid shaped structures one third of the way down from the apex where no bacteria could live to destroy the documents. The storage places were in Yucatan, Egypt (Sphinx), and Poseidonais. Records were of understanding earth formation, creation of life forms, coming of man and of the governments of Lemuria (also known as Kuiland) and Atlantis.
Atlanteans were thought people with greatly evolved mental and intuitive powers and abilities. They were weakened by the Sons of Belial, those who served the dark forces and had low standards of morality. The Law of One people had compassion for the Sons of Belial. During the lst stage (50,000 B.C. when the first destruction occurred) had heavier than air machines where they harnessed electrical forces of nature, natural gases, and earth's interior heat.
They had a cultural complex that included: ........practice of mummification ........practice of witchcraft ........presence of pyramid ........head flattening (certain members of the upper class for supposed "royalty" reasons practiced this with their infants the same as the Incas and Mayas of Central and South America.) ........the couvade (male sharing birth pains-takes to bed) ........used of three-pointed stones ........tradition of cataclysm ........caste system of embalmers as outcasts ........use of melted mutton, grease, grass seeds, stones, the bark of pine trees. ........placing body in sun for drying purposes ........using stone knife for first cut into body ........had horse sacrifice and sometimes human
Sons of Poseidon were rulers and heroes of the Pelasgi (example Amphitrite, Atlas, Hercules, Zeus, Cronoss) and later became the gods of Greece entering into the myths of Greece. Pelasgi comes from pelagos or sea. The Atlanteans mixed with the Pelasgi, who later mixed with the Hittites, who later mixed with the Etruscans, who later mixed with the Romans. Today they are the mixed-up Italians. An interesting note: Albanian and Gheghes language is related to Atlantean.
An exchange of ideas took place between Poseidian refugees and Og (Peru), Norway, China, India, and America (the mound-builders of Illinois, Indiana, and Ohio also southeastern U.S.).
One common language made it easy for an exchange of ideas. Closely allied language of today with the Atlantean is the Basque of the Pyrenees. Atlantean leaders made visits to those areas to study and collect spiritual ideas from these other centers. Under the tutelage of Atlantis, Egypt became land of plenty with foods, ornamentation, recreation, needs of the inner man and development of sciences. Wise government that spread to the colonies as a state-system of empire theocratic in nature eventually evolved. With it came a national spirit and centralization of interests.
The ending of Atlantis was the beginning of Egyptian and Greek influence in the world. This transition took place over long period of time between 15,650 and 8150 B.C. Egypt was good for the growth of spiritual understanding and high culture and perpetuated the "Children of the Law of One". Greece would excel in democratic thinking among the high born elite with emphasis upon speech, clearing the way for intellectualism and a need for a liberal education. This resulted in development of intellectual powers and the appreciation of natural beauty both of the material and the more esoteric thoughts or ideas. Consequently philosophy and political science quite naturally developed.
For thousands of years there was peace and good fortune in this land of Atlantis. Enjoying a free enterprising economy, they developed as leaders in business. The military grew in strength with nothing really to do, but that was also good for business. Naturally there would be many military coups. With generals in charge, they decided to raise large million man army and take over Africa, Europe, and most of the Mediterranean. The big holdouts were Greece and Egypt. Greeks pulled the Egyptians out of the danger. When the Greek army went to Poseidonis to negotiate the peace, the last of the earthquakes hit and the continent sank along with the Greek army.
Cretans were called Keftiou by the Egyptians who used them for their trade and transport along with the Phoenicians. Their trade was selling wine, olive oil and luxury ornaments in return for tin from Spain and Britain, gold and pearls from Egypt and ivory from North Africa.
Treatment of the other races by the "big red one" (many Atlanteans had red skin and many flaming red hair)was at the tip of the struggle between Belial and the Children of One. The Sons said the others had no soul and could be dealt with even enslaved as animals. The Children of One maintained others were human too and contained a spark of the Divine, a portion of the Creator. They were to be helped out of their miserable existence when the Sons received what was coming to them.
