CONCLUSION

It is seen that a RBF network does a reasonably good job of recovering the desired signal from a recieved signal which has been distorted due to noise, ISI and CCI. It was also shown that CRBF network was able to recover the signals in the presence of ISI and non-linearity. The main advantage of this scheme is that it could be applied to mobile signals, since there are training signals through which you can train the CRBF network ocassionally and which is desired for non-stationary channels. At present we are looking at ways of extending proposed CRBF based scheme for blind channel equalization.
