However, my website isn't really about drawing attention to me (tho I have to admit it was a great feeling to be noticed and recognized!)  It's is about drawing attention to the environment and the challenges we face in preserving the creatures and habitats of planet earth.

The award I received inspired me to create my own award for those sites which are doing something to promote conservation and awareness of environmental issues.
