�As the sixth and final chapter of this special mini-series, I want to conclude this on this date, the opening day of the 1999-2000 NHL hockey season.

I really doubt that many actually kept up with this series, but it was mostly for my own benefit, as is with the rest of the other "about me" chapters. Random things I like to say, something like a diary, but not on my daily experiences, only views.

Who knows if I am going to have the same ideas on hockey and the rest of its intagibles in the next decade or so. But if I don't write these things down, there is no possible way that I will ever remember them. At least to such detail. For any of you that have had kept diaries/journals know how it is to read back on your past self. There are MANY things in mine that I doubt I will ever show to anyone.

As this mini-series comes to a close, a much better thing is about to begin. Beginnings will eventually become a part of history. Depending on how one makes of it, it may or may not become a good one to remember.

�Eventhough hockey is not a profession of mine, but as any big fan would know, the achievements of the team are in a way an acheivement of their own. A true fan doesn't have to have all the statistics memorized, or own all the team's merchandise. It's how dedicated one is, not just some lowly frontrunner.

I'm hoping for another great and memorable year in hockey. Although I don't expect anything to come out so much like the movies, as in the Vyacheslav Konstantinov incident.
