The Crystal Beach Amusement

Countless persons from many parts
of North America and beyond have been to, or heard of Crystal Beach.
The "Beach" had several "Monikers", such as "Canada's Playground" and "Buffalo's
Coney Island". Whatever the name, it was a play ground indeed, and
it's reputation grew from its inception days as a religious campground,
through the war years, and finally after several ups and downs, to it's
demise in 1989.
This video will take you through
the entire era. Experience the sights, the sounds, and perhaps even
the smell of those cinnamon suckers as you leave the park.
Our story will show you how the
village was so intertwined with the fabric of the park , that they were
almost as one! You will witness actual footage of its demolition.
The saddest moment of all, is when the ballroom comes crashing down into
a heap of twisted steel and concrete.
You will cry, you will laugh
- but above all, you will cherish
THE
LIFE
AND TIMES OF CRYSTAL BEACH!
