Introduction
Characters Notes on Play

Where: The Chamberlin/Lavoie abode

When: Saturday, August 2, from approximately 7pm to midnight

The game will place a strong emphasis on social and political intrigue, with problems to be resolved through role-playing. It will be a "no rules" game, with no systems of rock-paper-scissors or similar mechanic in place. The setting is designed specifically to discourage physical conflict that must be simulated on-stage. Anything overtly physical will take place off-scene (or rehearsed ahead of time, like the dramatic confrontation of the Scarlet Pimpernel and the nefarious Napoleonic agent d'Archambault in "Waltz of Nations"). If you have played in "Waltz of Nations" "M. Beauregard's" or "Murder on the Road to Santiago", as well as Scott Martin's "Family Affair" or "Imperium", you are familiar with this style of play.

Please direct all game-related correspondence to Ray Lavoie at [email protected].
