You wander through the jungle, as it begins to look more... 'Rain-forest-y'. A drop of water splashes on your head, and you look up, getting another drop in your eye. A strange sort of vine hangs over you, and you grab it, and pull it down. It seeps water where your talons puncture it. Looking around, you grab a old tooth of some predatory creature, it seems, and slice open the vine. a fast trickle of water pours out, and you let some of it flow over your feathers, then drink some. It's surprisingly hot here at the moment, considering as it's always night. You consider a moment, then tie the vine so the water stops flowing out and all over. You sigh, and stand up, when suddenly you hear a loud, deep laugh, it seems to come from far away... And gets closer... And closer... and... SPLASH! You're hit by what feels like a huge wave of water! A large white-and-blue creature also falls out with the water and lands on you, laughing.

You try to sit up, and the strange creature seems to realize that he's sitting on someone. "OOPS! SORRY!" He yelps out an apoligy and leaps off of your back, and you finally sit up, completely drenched with water. The Snow Leopard-like Leagus grins widely, chuckling. "Sorry! I didn't mean to... Didn't know you were here... M'names Blizzard Run.. I'm a Leagus. Of course, you already knew that.." Pausing a moment, he grins lopsidedly, tilting his head. "I have a mate, too, you know.. Her name is Moonshadow, and she is the prettiest mare I've ever laid eyes on... I'm very lucky to have her as my mate... Heh, I've got two cubs, too... Ebony Snow and ..." He beams slightly, then looks a little less anxious as a quick sheet of light rain passes over the forest and is gone before you can blink, leaving your clothes and feathers a little wetter than they were. "You should go now, you'll catch a cold if you stay that wet, you know!" With that, he quickly darts through the cover of a bunch of leaves, as a thick sheet of hard rain soaks you again.
