The Theme of Chinook Gardens
(Mission Statement)

Chinook refers to both a warm, westerly wind as well as a language or jargon that enabled early American traders from different cultures to communicate with the Natives.  These concepts embody the work of Chinook Gardens.  Its missions are to breathe new life into an environment, and to teach the inhabitants its language.
