Friday November 21

The thing being constructed on the floor that looks like a ladder is in fact called just that - a ladder. It goes on top of the bale walls and supports the roof so that no one area of the bale walls has to bear more weight than another.

Construction hint: When your bales are delivered, if it's at all possible, pile them up near a future door, not on the opposite side of the cabin like we did!
