The Pet Amusement Lair, or P.A.L., is an entertainment system for any pet that can fit through a tube four inches in diameter, such as ferrets, minks, chinchillas, Guinea pigs, sugar riders, and some reptiles.  The system is a series of modules connected by tubes. 

Ferrets get a condition called Muscular Atrophy. It is a condition caused from not using their muscles...by being stuck in a cage all day. But when they use the P.A.L., they use all those muscles climbing up the tubes and they will not get the disease then. 

These tubes can hang on the wall where pets can be seen scampering along or playing without being in the way.  Your pets are free to move about, interact with each other, or sleep.  If pets are allowed to roam freely  through the house, a six foot climb tube going from the floor to the lair will allow for an environment similar to  the outdoors since most animals like to be in high places like trees.  With the P.A.L., your pet will no longer be a prisoner behind bars like in regular metal cages.  It is a lot of fun to watch your pet run and frolic in this system.  The pets have the freedom to run and get exercise in a safe environment.

The P.A.L. is made from a durable non-toxic plastic and we advise anyone who owns a system not to use PVC pipe fittings when adding on or adjusting as it may make your pet sick. We recommend ABS plastic fittings.
