The Rainbow Bridge

There is a bridge connecting Heaven and Earth. It is called the Rainbow Bridge because of its many colors. Just this side of the Rainbow Bridge there is a land of meadows, hills and valleys with lush green grass.

When a beloved pet dies, the pet goes to this place. There is always food and water and warm spring weather. The old and frail animals are young again. Those who are maimed are made whole again. They play all day with each other.

There is only one thing missing. They are not with their special person who loved them on Earth. So each day they run and play until the day comes when one suddenly stops playing and looks up!The eyes are staring! And this one suddenly runs from the group!

You have been seen, and when you and your special friend meet, you take him or her in your arms and embrace. Your face is kissed again and again and again and you look once more
into the eyes of your trusting pet.

Then you cross the Rainbow Bridge together, never again to be separated.

Puffer

Puffer was one of the nicest cats I ever had. He came as a skinny stray and ended up a 20 pound cat. He would not leave. He attached himself to me and hardly ever left my side. I will miss him dearly.

Callie

Callie was such a tiny sweet little cat. She was my daughter Shana's and was loved very dearly by both Shana and my grandson, Ray. She will be greatly missed by all of us. She gave them a great deal of happiness in the seven years she was with them.

Peanut

Peanut was my grandson Ray's first pet and he was cute little white rabbit. Ray lost Peanut just two weeks before they lost Callie. His Peanut was his forever friend.

Tux

Tux was a stray someone dropped off and he took to my back porch. He was about a year old and such a nice cat. I got very attached to him. When I took him in for his shots and to get him neutered it turned out he had feline leukemia. I feel so bad that he had such a short hard life. I will miss him.
