The
frames are built out of 1 5/8" slotted Uni.-strut, the slots in the strut
cut down on the over all weight of the mill, and still giving you a very
sound frame, the frames, SCB-1'S, and main wheel brackets are then POWDER
COATED with a baked on finish, The highest point of the horizontal frame
on the CHANDLER MILL is 32" O.D. from the ground up, with NO horizontal
framing in the way of loading your dog, and low enough to easily load your
dog, the frame length is 42" long O.D., by 14" wide I.D., (check out my
FATBOY MILL, It is 48" long O.D. X 32" high O.D. x 16" wide I.D., built
for the wideboy dogs!) |

The standard wheels that I use are a 6" wheel, with precision bearings, and have a zert fitting for easy lubrication of the bearings, these wheels are very fast, they are $85 cheaper than the Douglas go-cart wheels, hubs and bearings and are twice as free turning! If you like the go-cart wheels (they look nice) just add the $85 to the cost of the mill. Either way you have a nice running mill! |
