Pasha entered my life in may 1994. She was born on February 28 of the same year. Being the first and only bird in the house, she was spoiled and learned how to lie on her back, and on her side in the palm of my hand. She also hangs by one foot or by her beak from my index finger.

She revealed us her true identity in January 1997, when she started to lay eggs. I thought she was going to die for I read in a book that eggs take approximately 48 hours to be expelled. It had been 72 hours, her little belly was swollen, and she was having difficulty pooping. It was new years eve and all the vet clinics and hospitals were closed. With extra warmth and humidity, she managed to lay her eggs... What a relief (for both of us!).
Pasha was my only bird until June 1996, when Valentin came to live with us...
