You have to buy your tickets for Alcatraz in advance because they are usually sold out two days ahead. You can buy movie coupon books from MWR and get a free soda and popcorn for every $10.00 you spend instead of buying them from the ticket office and never getting a free popcorn or soda. You can take the Airporter (in Petaluma)to San Fran (or your DH can...) instead of driving into town.
