The Sheilds of Clangeddin Silverbeard
The Order of the Sheilds of Clangeddin is a militant order resident among the Hill Dwarven clans. Members of the Sheilds are selected from Dwarven armies, and only accomplished veterans (3rd level fighters or higher) are chosen.
Amongst the Ranks of the Sheilds are the cavalry units formed for the defence of homes, and for raiding. These Dwarves ride Elotheres, a breed of giant boar, that is raised for the sole purpose of serving as a war steed. The Dwarves who ride them are proficient riders, and fight with spears as well as the axe and sheild style of the Sheilds.
The Elothere's stats are as follows:

Special Abilities: Elothere will fight for 1 to 4 rounds after being reduced to 0 to -10 hit points. If reduced to -11 or lower, they die.
The Elothere are very fierce and exceptionally loyal to their riders. If unmounted, they have a morale of 12. If their rider is in sight, morale increases to 14. If they are mounted, or their rider has been injured, morale increases to 15.
The Cavalry are used as shock troops and heavy cavalry by Hill Dwarven armies.
