Humpbacks at Abrolhos



The "Jubarte" whale (Megaptera novaeangliae),also known as Humpback or Black whale, belongs to Balaenopteridae family and can be seen in all seven seas of the globe. It makes regular migrations. In summer, the Humpback whale frequents cold regions to feed it self. And it comes back, to the hot regions in winter for reproduction.
