Lecturer I am a lecturer. My subjects include:Management Concepts, International Human Resource Management, Advanced Business Communication, Human Resource Principles, Operations Management, Management Decision Making, The Reflective Practitioner, Group and Organisational Behaviour.

Seminars I also provide seminars from one hour to two days on topics including cross-cultural counselling, cross-cultural communication, relationship enrichment, pre-departure briefings for expatriates, cultural adjustment. � Clients I have served include BHP, Queensland Government, Teen Challenge and community groups in Australia, Singapore and Malaysia.

Counsellor in Private Practice Specialty areas include cross-cultural relationships, issues concerning overseas students, ethnic youth, family therapy (systems approach) and adult survivors of childhood abuse.

Qualifications I have an Honours degree in Social Work from the University of Queensland, a Bachelor of Arts degree majoring in Chinese from the University of Queensland. I am currently studying Ph.D. in Cross-Cultural Management, and I am a member of the Australian Association of Social Workers.

Languages I am fluent in spoken Chinese (Mandarin), have a conversational ability in Bahasa Indonesia and some Cantonese.
