A good text/link/background scheme (pleasing to look at)

Use of graphics that add to the page subject.

Menus are good... I like to know what is offered and where to find things.

No sharing bandwidth.

No construction signs, links to construction signs, or "File not found" errors to internal links.

If frames are used, there should be a "NO FRAMES" option.

If Java is used please use it correctly, if my browser crashes..YOU LOSE!

Absolutely no pages containing pornography or that advocate abuse, brutality or violence of any kind.

And of course I have to enjoy it!
