To My Page About Me!





Thought I'd use part of this page to tell ya'll a little bit about me! Just in case you're wondering, that is! Well, I am married, and the mother of 5.......what a challenge that can be at times! In case you haven't figured out by the graphics on this page, I am a nurse! I love nursing, altho I have recently taken some time off from my career to be a "stay at home" mom for my littlest ones............that in itself can be a real challenge some days!







I live in Michigan.......and have for three years now..........boy are the winters here a lot to get used to! I'm beginning to wonder if I will ever get used to them! I must admit though that the fall colors are truly beautiful up here! There's nothing quite like them! I am just an outdoors lover at heart I guess you could say!







As you have probably already guessed by some of my other pages, my favorite hobby (besides the computer that is!) is Crocheting, especially making Crocheted Dolls of all kinds! I love having more free time to devote to my craft work, since becoming a stay at home mom! I have been Crocheting since I was a kid, since my Grandmother taught me at the age of about 7 as I remember! And learning was no easy task..........as I am a Lefty, and she is a Rightie! But, thank God I accomplished it!






I also love to read! My favorite author is V.C. Andrew's. I love the series books from her! I love old movies.......comedy especially..............love the old Martin and Lewis movies! They don't make them like that anymore! I am also a big fan of Country Music..........Reba McEntire is my favorite! I also like Alabama, Sawyer Brown, George Strait, Garth, and several others, far too many to name them all here!







My husband is a long haul truck driver, so that leaves me and the kids home quite a bit on our own, which is one thing I don't think you ever really get used to. My children are my angels, without them, I would probably go crazy around here through the week! They keep me busy, which is how I like to be! Ranging in age from 15 yrs old down to 10 months old, there is always something that one or the other needs and I love to be there for them, and with them! They are truly the light of my life!
