To celebrate the release, Cracker Barrel and MAC Presents held a party at City Hall, one of Nashville�s premiere entertainment venues. Amy thanked everyone for coming and gave away a famous Cracker Barrel rocker, explaining the three components to selecting the perfect one � width, slant, and arm flatness (to set your iced tea on, of course). She went on to say that we are �overly connected and overly busy,� encouraging us to �sit and enjoy life, preferably outside,� a powerful reminder from one who�s career spans nearly 30 years and includes 20 albums, numerous awards, television specials and her own primetime show, not to mention a husband and five children. So, take the time to wear out a few of your own rockers, and when life insists that you get up and go, just make sure that you have Hymns for your Journey.
