Pineapple Rasam

Refer to recipe for Lime Rasam.

After the lime rasam is prepared,  add pineapple cut into small pieces.   Let it soak in the rasam for 1/2 an hour atleast before serving.   This will give it time to absorb the rasam taste and inturn give the rasam a special aroma and flavor.

Pineapple rasam is considered a delicacy in some places in S.India.
