Lime Rasam

Ingredients :  Tomatoes(2),  salt, green chillies/serano peppers(2), dry mustard seeds(1/2 tsp);asaefoetida(1/2 tsp), ghee(1/4 tsp),  rasam powder(optional..1 tsp), lime juice/extract(1/2 a lemon),  toor daal(1 tblspn)

Pressure cook toor dal in water.
Boil tomatoes with salt,  chillies, asaefoetida and rasam powder.
When the tomatoes are cooked well,  add the toor dal, garnish with mustard seeds,  coriander/cilantro and curry leaves.
Turn off the stove.
Add the lime extract.

Note :  If the lime is added before turning the stove off,  it will give a very bitter taste to the rasam.
