The Music Boosters was started as a parent support group for the music department at Nashua High School. The students involved in both the instrumental and chorale programs are some of the busiest in the school. Along with having music classes during the school day and after school, they perform at sporting events, concerts, competitions and shows. They are ambassadors not only for Nashua High but for the city. Over the years, the students have taken their music on the road throughout the state and to other states as well. This past year the bands and choruses represented us well ion Annapolis, MD.

The Boosters are here to help in various ways. First, we offer our physical help as chaperones, equipment handlers, uniform fitters, etc., etc. In short... we lend a hand to the bands and choruses as needed.

Another important aspect of the group is to organize fund-raising activities. Students that participate in these events earn credit points on an account. These points are used to defray the costs for trips and events that the groups take part in. Many kids can earn points through fund-raising to fully pay for trips.
