The Pacific Rim Festival

The Pacific Rim Festival was held at the Cow Palace on November 22, 1998 and my first impression was "Where was everyone?"  I mean, when I walked in, there was one show on stage and there was probably less than 30 people for an audience.  I kinda felt bad for the performer but I know it wasn't her fault cause she was a good singer.  It's just that the crowd wasn't there.  I was actually bored at this event...just for the mere fact that there was a lack of people attending the event.  Of course, there was Shelley who kept the show alive by having hordes of guys follow her around.  This was more of an Asian cultural event than anything though since there was food, martial arts display and Chinese lion dancing.
