World of Railways in Hong Kong

I've just made some comparisons between the two railway companies in Hong Kong.

KCR (excel over MTR)

• more handicapped facilities (i.e. handicapped elevators at all stations)
• available restrooms
• station names in extremely large fonts with backlit
• free feeder buses
• pioneer the use of warning buzzer for opening and closing doors
• greetings in 3 languages
• constant innovations to provide better service (i.e. double-decker trains)
• pioneer for discount fares to encourage early bird riders
• available first class cabin
• dot-matrix escalator direction display in large font
• newsletter and liaison group to communicate with passenger
• available souvenir and gift shops
• multiple ticket counters

• better frequencies
• overcharging passengers (i.e. new airport railways and any distance similar to KCR)
