Designed by the same person who created the FX4 taxi cab the Majestic came in two versions - a six cylinder and a V8. By fitting a brand-new hemi-head 4.7 litre V8 into its biggest executive saloon, Daimler created a 120mph hot-rod limousine that was quicker than the contemporary Jaguars. This 'Gladiator' version appeared at an Arena Firecracker some years ago.
