Yes! This is actually a European Ad. Notice the visual difference of the European model vs. the American model: (Also, see picture below)

• (#1) First off is the side marker light (you see on the newer fixed-up Hondas).
• (#2) It has driving lights! (they are conveniently combined with the turn signal lights).
• (#3) Notice the absence of the front and rear marker lights.
• (#4) A stock passenger side mirror.
• (#5) 4 wheel mudguards (?? to my knowlege, the US Prelude came only with front mudguards).
