This is our candidate. Its a 1600cc single port engine, already taken apart. It had a small hole in the piston. And that's why I'm rebuilding it. Its gonna be cool. New bearings and a new/reground cam shaft, and gears(badly chipped gears) I will keep a total. So far the engine is all stripped down, and cleaned, The parts are in the mail.

Step #1 Strip it down to the case like shown in picture
above; Also picture of process below.

Step 2:
Finish taking the oil cooler and other stick out times
off.
Make sure the oil drain plate and screen are removed.
Step 3: Pre-Mark the distributor with a chisel, make
sure pully is at TDC, then make the marks.
Remove the pulley in order to get the last engine tin
piece, and the oil pump bolts.
You will most likely need a puller, I bought this very
versatile one ** Its also great for removing Crank Gears. I will
show how later.**
