TOWING AND EMERGENCY ROADSIDE REPAIR :
Should the occasion arise that the Vehicle is immobilized due to breakdown, GESA ASSISTANCE Will organize and reimburse up to maximum RM300 overall per claim for:
24 HOUR EMERGENCY MEDICAL EVACUATION :
If medically necessary, GESA ASSISTANCE will organize the medical evacuation of the client from the place of injury by road ambulance or any appropriate means of transportation to the nearest and most appropriate medical centre or hospital.
DISPATCH OF PHYSICIAN ASSISTANCE :
When medically required and whenever possible , GESA ASSISTANCE will dispatch a physician to the client's bedside, or make an appointment with the attending physician.
MEDICAL ADVICE AND REFERRAL ASSISTANCE :
While driving if you meet with an accident which requires medical advice you can call anytime ob the toll-free 24 hours hotline for advice from a GESA doctor. When treatment is required GESA will also make arrangements for appointments, if necessary. Referrals can also be made to hospitals, private clinic’s or dentists. Such telephone advice shall not be construed as a diagnosis.
TRANSMISSION OF INFORMATION DURING EMERGENCY :
In the event of an emergency, GESA will undertake to keep the client’s immediate family or company informed of any such situation.
ALTERNATIVE TRAVEL ASSISTANCE :
If you are stranded because the vehicle cannot be repaired on time and you urgently need to reach your original destination, GESA ASSISTANCE will assist the client in organising some other made of transport for you to carry on with your journey.
HOTEL ACCOMODATION ASSISTANCE :
While travelling especially outstation if the vehicle is immobilised and circumstances require that providing ou have to stay until the completion of repairs, GESA ASSISTANCE will assist the client in providing information on hotel accomodation wherever you are, if necessary.
