Hi my name is Nicole. I was adopted when I was seven days old. I have been searching for my medical records for quite a few years now. If you could please pass this to your friends maybe it will cross my birth mothers path.
I was born at George Ade Memorial Hosptial in Brook, Indiana. It is now a nursing home. It is near Kentland, Indiana in Newton County. Kentland is the county seat. I was born on February 18, 1969. My birth mother was only 17 when she had me. I was born at 5:36 a.m. I am not sure who the attending doctor was. I believe my birth mother never saw me because this was a Welfare case. If you believe you could be my birth mother or have information leading me to her please email me at [email protected] . I have registered in a ton of places on the web but if you have found this and your my birthmother then you need search no further. I have also registered thru ISRR (International Soundex Reunion Registry) PO Box 2312,Carson City, NV 89702,(702)882-7755 if there is to be a match there both parties have to register. Please do this if you are a birthmother or an adoptee.
I want to find my birthmother for these reasons: To get my medical history, to know who my father was, to know if I have any brothers and sisters. Then if she wants to be friends. I know this was a hard decision and I don't hate you for giving me up. I completely understand why I just want to know the above info so I feel complete.
