Grub Worm's Hot Rod Page

My Hot Rod Heritage

My roots are truly in hot rods and drag racing. My parents first date was to the '61 US Nationals (the first year they were held in Indy). Dad has always been a romantic sort. I was raised on a steady diet of bench racing stories passed on by my Dad and his cousin Jerry.

This is my current driver.  It's ugly, but it will surprise you.  Take a closer look and check out our trip to the dragstrip.

Me and a buddy usually spend the summer's drag racing.  However, he sold his '79 Malibu and is in the process of finishing a '97 Firebird built by Ken Bowers.  The new car is being painted right now featuring graphics by Fid.  I'll add pictures as they become available.
