I'm not sure how long this might take to load, but eventually there will be a bunch of pictures of my new project car. You'll see pics from the day I picked it up to present...
Here's my "new" car in the back of my friends cube van...
Still in the cube van with a few parts stored and catalogued...
Step #1, lets get this thing up off the ground so that we can see what kind of mess I've gotten myself into...(it's up on a home made dolly so that I can roll it around)
Lets roll up those sleeves and get some of that loose dirt/ dust out of the way...
(the PO already started the stripping process)
OK so how am I going to get all that glue off???
( Perhaps I should start buying up 3M stock now @#$#@! )
I guess the original colour is white, but did the factory only paint the dash around the instruments? I thought that they covered that area in material like vinyl or leather??
( Oh well write that down and see if Dr. Johnson knows...)
"Hey why don't we just paint right over that thing, nobody can see it when the doors are closed...
(do you suppose that's a door latch under all that paint?)
You know that paint doesn't look so bad I wonder why they took this car apart in the first place??
Now there's a "Dogs' breakfast...
I guess I should see if all these body panels line up...
The left fender looks good...
The right fender looks alright...
Next comes the doors and the targa roof...
OK, next I want to see how those new lights I bought at last week ends swap meet look!!

I just want to put one more piece on, and that's it!
(Funny I thought those bumpers where two pieces...WOW, I'm learing so much already)
Now the rear lid...
(geese, how many coats of paint are on there??)
Now the rear bumper...
( I like it!!)
That's enough for one night, now I just need to squeeze my other car in there...
(NO problem!! I bet I could get another one in there what da ya think???)
