1993 Mazda MX3

This purchase was a compromise between performance and dollars. It was purchased just after our third child was born and we couldn't justify getting anything more expensive. However, I just had to have something sporty. We ended up with the MX-3, unfortunately just only the 4 cylinder version,  but still a very  nice little car.  Handles really nicely and so long as you turn the A/C off,  the acceleration is not too shabby.  Actually,  this is probably the most "fun-to-drive" car that I've owned.  So far has proved to be very reliable.

Unfortunately it is only a four seater,  so I can never drive "my" car when all five of us go somewhere as a family.
