| Lasting Impressions is run by means of three authorities; a president and two vice presidents. The two V.P.'s will be voted into office by the president. There are various responsibilities of the three authorities, some of their duties ate listed below. |
| President |
| The president must oversee all actions taking place within the club. He is responsible for the actions of all the club members at all times. He is responsible for the final approval of all new members. He is responsible for the ordering of citations. He is responsible for watching over the two V.P.'s. He is responsible for dealing with any problems should they arise, terminations, etc. The president will also pick out all other officers. |
| Vice Presidents |
| To assist the president in all running of the club, as well as club functions. V.P.'s will be in charge of the club meetings as well as club functions when the president is not able to attend. They will help to organize fundraisers. They are also responsible for helping the Secretary and Treasurer when needed. The V.P.'s cannot at any time terminate a member from the club without the written consent of the President. V.P.'s do have authority to order citations. |
| Secretary |
| The secretary's responsibility is taking notes from meetings and bringing them up for the President and V.P.'s for future references. The secretary is responsible for ordering shirts, hats, plaques, and is also responsible for calling members for meetings and events. The secretary will also work with the treasurer to collect money for dues and fines and help keep record of incomming and outgoing money. |
| Treasurer |
| The treasurer is responsible for collecting money for dues and fines and will keep record of all incomming and outgoing money. |
